بَابٌ فِيمَنْ وَطِئَ حَائِضًا .
One who has intercourse with a menstruating woman
Majma al-Zawaid 7599 — One who has intercourse with a menstruating
وَعَنْ عُبَادَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - سُئِلَ : مَا يَحِلُّ لِلرَّجُلِ مِنِ امْرَأَتِهِ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ ؟ فَقَالَ : " مَا فَوْقَ الْإِزَارِ وَمَا تَحْتَ الْإِزَارِ مِنْهَا حَرَامٌ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ . وَإِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يَحْيَى لَمْ يُدْرِكْ عُبَادَةَ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .

Sayyiduna Ubadah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked: To what extent is it lawful for a man to be intimate with his wife while she is menstruating? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Above the waist-wrapper; the part of her below the waist-wrapper is forbidden.
Al-Tabarani recorded it. The narrator Ishaq bin Yahya did not live in the time of Sayyiduna Ubadah (may Allah be pleased with him), and the rest of its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
