بَابٌ فِيمَنْ وَطِئَ حَائِضًا .
One who has intercourse with a menstruating woman
Majma al-Zawaid 7598 — One who has intercourse with a menstruating
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فَقَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي أَصَبْتُ امْرَأَتِي وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ ؟ فَأَمَرَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أَنْ يَعْتِقَ نَسَمَةً وَقِيمَةُ النَّسَمَةِ يَوْمَئَذٍ دِينَارٌ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ بْنِ تَمِيمٍ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: A man came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: O Messenger of Allah, I had relations with my wife during her menstruation. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered him to free a soul (the narrator says:) and in those days the value of a soul was one dinar.
Al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains Abd al-Rahman bin Yazid bin Tamim, who is da'if (weak).
