عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " مَنْ وَطِئَ امْرَأَةً وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ فَقُضِيَ بَيْنَهُمَا وَلَدٌ فَأَصَابَهُ جُذَامٌ فَلَا يَلُومَنَّ إِلَّا نَفْسَهُ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ عَنْ بَكْرِ بْنِ سَهْلٍ ، وَقَدْ ضَعَّفَهُ النَّسَائِيُّ وَقَالَ الذَّهَبِيُّ : قَدْ حَمَلَ النَّاسُ عَنْهُ . وَهُوَ مُقَارِبُ الْحَدِيثِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ عَنْ بَكْرِ بْنِ سَهْلٍ ، وَقَدْ ضَعَّفَهُ النَّسَائِيُّ وَقَالَ الذَّهَبِيُّ : قَدْ حَمَلَ النَّاسُ عَنْهُ . وَهُوَ مُقَارِبُ الْحَدِيثِ .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever has relations with a woman during her menstruation, and a child is decreed for the two of them, and it is afflicted with leprosy, let him blame no one but himself."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat via Bakr bin Sahl. Al-Nasa'i (may Allah have mercy on him) declared him da'if (weak).
Al-Dhahabi says: People have narrated from him, and he is muqarib al-hadith (fair in hadith).
