Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) first came to Madinah, he passed by a wedding where women were present, and one of them was singing: "And he gave her a ram as a gift, which settled comfortably in the pen; and your husband lives out in the desert, and he knows what will happen tomorrow." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not sing this! Sing instead: 'We have come to you, we have come to you; so greet us and we greet you.'"
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat. Its chain contains a narrator, Mujashi' bin Amr, who is kadhdhab (a liar).
