عَنْ عَلِيٍّ السُّلَمِيِّ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " أَلَا أُنْكِحُكَ أُمَيْمَةَ بِنْتَ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ ؟ " قَالَ : بَلَى . قَالَ : " قَدْ أُنْكِحْتَهَا " .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ وَقَالَ : لَا يُعْلَمُ رَوَى عَلِيٌّ السُّلَمِيُّ إِلَّا هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ ، وَفِيهِ جَمَاعَةٌ لَمْ أَعْرِفْهُمْ .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ وَقَالَ : لَا يُعْلَمُ رَوَى عَلِيٌّ السُّلَمِيُّ إِلَّا هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ ، وَفِيهِ جَمَاعَةٌ لَمْ أَعْرِفْهُمْ .
Sayyiduna Ali al-Sulami (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Shall I not marry you to Umaymah bint Rabi'ah bin al-Harith?" I said: "Yes, certainly." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I have married you to her."
Imam al-Bazzar recorded it, and he says: Only this hadith is reported on the authority of Sayyiduna Ali al-Sulami (may Allah be pleased with him). The chain of this narration contains a group of narrators whom I do not know.
