وَعَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ وَشَاهِدَيْ عَدْلٍ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحْرِزٍ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ .

Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) reports this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "There is no marriage without a guardian (wali) and two upright witnesses."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Abdullah bin Muhriz, who is matruk (abandoned).
