بَابٌ فِيمَنْ نَوَى أَنْ لَا يُؤَدِّيَ صَدَاقَ امْرَأَتِهِ .

وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ : عِنْدِي عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - حَدِيثَانِ أَحَدُهُمَا أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " مَنْ أَحَبَّ الْأَنْصَارَ أَحَبَّهُ اللَّهُ " .
وَالْآخَرُ : " مَنْ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً عَلَى صَدَاقٍ ، وَهُوَ لَا يُرِيدُ أَنْ يَفِيَ لَهَا بِهِ فَهُوَ زَانٍ " .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ الْجَزَرِيِّ ، وَلَمْ أَعْرِفْهُ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .

Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I have two hadiths from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). One of them is that he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever loves the Ansar, Allah Almighty loves him." And the other report is: "Whoever marries a woman for a dowry while not intending to pay it to her, that man will be counted as a fornicator."
Imam al-Bazzar recorded it from Muhammad bin al-Husayn al-Jazari, and I do not know him; the remaining narrators of this report are thiqat (trustworthy).
