عَنْ سَمُرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " لَا يَخْطُبُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ ، وَلَا يَبِعْ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ " .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ عِمْرَانُ الْقَطَّانُ وَثَّقَهُ أَحْمَدُ وَابْنُ حِبَّانَ ، وَفِيهِ ضَعْفٌ .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ عِمْرَانُ الْقَطَّانُ وَثَّقَهُ أَحْمَدُ وَابْنُ حِبَّانَ ، وَفِيهِ ضَعْفٌ .
Sayyiduna Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A man should not propose on top of his brother's proposal, nor sell on top of his brother's sale."
Al-Bazzar and at-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains Imran al-Qattan, whom Ahmad and Ibn Hibban declared trustworthy, though there is weakness in him.
