بَابٌ فِيمَنْ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً فَفَارَقَهَا ، ثُمَّ تَزَوَّجَ أُمَّهَا .

وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ : كَانَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ رَخَّصَ فِي الصَّرْفِ ، وَفِي الرَّجُلِ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً فَمَاتَتْ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا فَيَتَزَوَّجُ بِأُمِّهَا . فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ بِأَسَانِيدَ ، وَرِجَالُ بَعْضِهَا رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

One narration has these words: Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) used to permit sarf (currency exchange), and he used to permit that if a man married a woman and she died before the consummation of the marriage, the man could marry her mother. After this he mentioned the narration as before.
