وَعَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " لَا يَنْكِحُ الْمُحْرِمُ ، وَلَا يُنْكَحُ ، وَلَا يَخْطُبُ ، وَلَا يُخْطَبُ عَلَيْهِ " .
قُلْتُ : هُوَ فِي الصَّحِيحِ ، وَغَيْرِهِ خَلَا قَوْلَهُ : " وَلَا يُخْطَبُ عَلَيْهِ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَأَبُو يَعْلَى بِاخْتِصَارٍ مَوْقُوفًا عَلَى أَبَانِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " وَلَا يُخْطَبُ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ ، وَلَا مَنْ سِوَاهُ " . وَرِجَالُ أَبِي يَعْلَى رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ ، وَفِي إِسْنَادِ الطَّبَرَانِيِّ مَنْ لَمْ أَعْرِفْهُمْ .
قُلْتُ : هُوَ فِي الصَّحِيحِ ، وَغَيْرِهِ خَلَا قَوْلَهُ : " وَلَا يُخْطَبُ عَلَيْهِ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَأَبُو يَعْلَى بِاخْتِصَارٍ مَوْقُوفًا عَلَى أَبَانِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " وَلَا يُخْطَبُ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ ، وَلَا مَنْ سِوَاهُ " . وَرِجَالُ أَبِي يَعْلَى رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ ، وَفِي إِسْنَادِ الطَّبَرَانِيِّ مَنْ لَمْ أَعْرِفْهُمْ .
Sayyiduna Uthman Ghani (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A person in ihram shall not marry, nor shall he be given in marriage, nor shall he propose marriage, nor shall a proposal of marriage be made to him." (Allamah Haythami says:) I say:
This narration is recorded in the "Sahih" and other books, but without these words: "nor shall a proposal of marriage be made to him".
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and Abu Ya'la recorded it in abridged form as a "mawquf" report from Aban bin Uthman, and he recorded these words: "No proposal of marriage shall be made to him, whether for himself or for anyone else."
The narrators of Abu Ya'la are the narrators of the Sahih, and the chain of al-Tabarani contains narrators whom I do not know.
