Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 7412

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) states: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A person in ihram shall not marry, nor propose marriage, nor shall a proposal of marriage be made to him."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat from Ahmad bin al-Qasim; if this is Ahmad bin al-Qasim bin Atiyyah, then he is thiqah (trustworthy), and if he is someone else, then I do not know him. The rest of its narrators are such that no one has criticised them.
