بَابُ بَيَانُ مَا نُهِيَ عَنِ الْجَمْعِ بَيْنَهُنَّ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ .

عَنْ عَلِيٍّ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " لَا تُنْكَحُ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى عَمَّتِهَا ، وَلَا عَلَى خَالَتِهَا " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَأَبُو يَعْلَى ، وَالْبَزَّارُ ، وَفِيهِ ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، وَحَدِيثُهُ حَسَنٌ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَأَبُو يَعْلَى ، وَالْبَزَّارُ ، وَفِيهِ ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، وَحَدِيثُهُ حَسَنٌ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A woman is not to be married in addition to her paternal aunt, nor in addition to her maternal aunt" (that is, a man may not marry his wife's niece, whether her sister's daughter or her brother's daughter, alongside her).
Ahmad, Abu Ya'la and al-Bazzar recorded it; its chain contains Ibn Lahi'ah, whose hadith is hasan (good), and the rest of its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
