وَعَنْ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - نَهَى عَنْ رَضَاعِ الْحَمْقَاءِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ عَبَّادُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

It is reported about Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that he narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade having children suckled by a foolish woman.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains a narrator, Abbad bin Abd al-Samad, who is da'if (weak).
