وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " يَحْرُمُ مِنَ الرَّضَاعِ مَا يَحْرُمُ مِنَ النَّسَبِ مِنْ خَالٍ أَوْ عَمٍّ أَوِ ابْنِ أَخٍ " .
قُلْتُ : هُوَ فِي الصَّحِيحِ بِاخْتِصَارٍ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
قُلْتُ : هُوَ فِي الصَّحِيحِ بِاخْتِصَارٍ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Sayyidah Aishah Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Breastfeeding establishes the same prohibition (in marriage) that lineage establishes, such as that of a maternal uncle, a paternal uncle, a brother's son and the like."
(Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say:
This narration is reported in the "Sahih" in abridged form.
Ahmad recorded it, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
