Sayyiduna Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him) reports this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Breastfeeding establishes the same prohibition that lineage establishes."
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Yazid bin Rabi'ah, who is matruk (abandoned).
