وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " أَطْعِمُوهُمْ مِمَّا تَأْكُلُونَ وَاكْسُوهُمْ مِمَّا تَلْبَسُونَ " .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَفِيهِ كَوْثَرُ بْنُ حَكِيمٍ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) reports this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Feed them from what you eat, and clothe them from what you wear."
Al-Bazzar recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Kawthar bin Hakim, who is matruk (abandoned).
