Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 7203

Sayyiduna Uqbah bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Wickedness has seventy parts: sixty-nine parts are for the Berbers, and one part is for (all) the jinn and humans."
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains Abdullah bin Abd al-Rahman bin Abd al-Hakam, whom I do not know; the rest of its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy), and some of its narrators have weakness.
