وَعَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَقُولُ : " يَرِثُ الْوَلَاءُ مَنْ يَرِثُ الْمَالَ مِنْ وَالِدٍ أَوْ وَلَدٍ " .
قُلْتُ : رَوَاهُ ابْنُ مَاجَهْ وَغَيْرُهُ بِغَيْرِ هَذَا السِّيَاقِ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَإِسْنَادُهُ حَسَنٌ .
قُلْتُ : رَوَاهُ ابْنُ مَاجَهْ وَغَيْرُهُ بِغَيْرِ هَذَا السِّيَاقِ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَإِسْنَادُهُ حَسَنٌ .
Sayyiduna Umar bin al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "The one who inherits the wealth will inherit the wala', whether he is (the deceased's) father or son." (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say:
