بَابٌ لَا تَرِثُ مِلَّةٌ مِلَّةً .

وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : وَقَعَ مَوْلًى لِلنَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - مِنْ نَخْلَةٍ فَمَاتَ فَأَعْطَى النَّبِيُّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - مِيرَاثَهُ أَهْلَ دِينِهِ .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ، وَفِيهِ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عُمَارَةَ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) says: A slave of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) fell from a date palm and died, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) gave his inheritance to the people of his religion.
