وَعَنْ عَلِيٍّ، وَابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ( قَالَا ) : عَصَبَةُ ابْنِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ عَصَبَةُ أُمِّهِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ رَاوٍ لَمْ يُسَمَّ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ رَاوٍ لَمْ يُسَمَّ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) and Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) say: The 'asabah of the son of a woman who underwent li'an (mutual imprecation) will be whoever is the 'asabah of his mother.
