وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَجُلَيْنِ اخْتَصَمَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فَجَاءَ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا بِشُهُودٍ عُدُولٍ فِي عَدَّةٍ وَاحِدَةٍ فَسَاهَمَ بَيْنَهُمَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - وَقَالَ : " اللَّهُمَّ اقْضِ بَيْنَهُمَا " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ الْقُرَشِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: Two men brought a case before the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and each of them brought upright witnesses equal in number. So the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) cast lots between them and prayed: O Allah, judge between them!
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains Usamah bin Zayd al-Qurashi, who is da'if (weak).
