Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 7055

Sayyiduna Jabir bin Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: Two men brought a case before the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) concerning a camel, and each of them produced proof (that is, witnesses) that the camel was his. So the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ruled concerning that camel that it would be divided between the two of them.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains Yasin al-Zayyat, who is matruk (abandoned).
