وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) gave judgment on the basis of an oath along with one witness.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Ubayd bin Umar, who is matruk (abandoned).
