Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 7021

Sayyiduna Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to us: "When a man has a dispute with another, and one of the two says to the other: 'Let us go to the Messenger so that he may judge between the two of us,' then whoever refuses to come will not get his right."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains mastur (unknown-status) narrators.
