Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 6993

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): (The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:) "Indeed, Allah Almighty is with the judge as long as he does not deliberately commit injustice."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains Hafs bin Sulayman al-Qari, whom Ahmad declared thiqah (trustworthy), while the Imams declared him da'if (weak). They attributed lying and fabricating hadith to him.
