وَعَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " يَدُ اللَّهِ مَعَ الْقَاضِي حِينَ يَقْضِي وَيَدُ اللَّهِ مَعَ الْقَاسِمِ حِينَ يَقْسِمُ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَفِيهِ ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، وَحَدِيثُهُ حَسَنٌ ، وَفِيهِ ضَعْفٌ .

Sayyiduna Abu Ayyub al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When the judge gives judgment, the hand of Allah Almighty is with him, and when the one who distributes makes a distribution, the hand of Allah Almighty is with him."
Ahmad recorded it; its chain contains Ibn Lahi'ah, whose hadith is hasan (good), though there is weakness in him.
