بَابٌ فِيمَنْ يَحْلِفُ يَمِينًا كَاذِبَةً يَقْتَطِعُ بِهَا مَالًا .
One who swears a false oath to seize property

وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ : أَشْهَدُ لَسَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَقُولُ : " مَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ أَوْ أَمَةٍ يَحْلِفُ عِنْدَ هَذَا الْمِنْبَرِ عَلَى يَمِينٍ آثِمَةٍ وَلَوْ عَلَى سِوَاكٍ رَطْبٍ إِلَّا وَجَبَتْ لَهُ النَّارُ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .

Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: I bear witness that I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "No male or female servant swears a false oath beside this pulpit, even if it is over a fresh tooth-stick (miswak), except that Hell becomes due for him."
Ahmad recorded it, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
