وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " مَنْ أَخَذَ شِبْرًا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ بِغَيْرِ حَقِّهِ طُوِّقَهُ مِنْ سَبْعِ أَرَضِينَ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ بِإِسْنَادَيْنِ ، وَرِجَالُ أَحَدِهِمَا رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ ، وَرَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ .

Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever takes a hand-span of land without right will be made to wear a collar of it from seven earths."
Ahmad recorded it with two chains, and the narrators of one of the two are the narrators of the Sahih.
