Majma al-Zawaid 6822 — One who passes by an orchard or livestock

Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Every kind of animal belonging to a people is unlawful for others."
Imam Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator, Sulayman bin Salamah al-Khaba'iri, and he is da'if (weak).
