وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " لَا شُفْعَةَ لِنَصْرَانِيٍّ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الصَّغِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ نَايِلُ بْنُ نَجِيحٍ وَثَّقَهُ أَبُو حَاتِمٍ ، وَضَعَّفَهُ غَيْرُهُ .

Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A Christian has no right of pre-emption."
Imam Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Saghir; its chain contains a narrator, Nayil bin Najih, whom Abu Hatim declared thiqah (trustworthy), and others declared da'if (weak).
