Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 6721

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Busr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to accept gifts, and he did not accept charity.
At-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Hashim bin Sa'id, whom Ibn Hibban declared thiqah (trustworthy) while a group called him da'if (weak).
