عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " أَدِّ الْأَمَانَةَ إِلَى مَنِ ائْتَمَنَكَ ، وَلَا تَخُنْ مَنْ خَانَكَ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَالصَّغِيرِ ، وَرِجَالُ الْكَبِيرِ ثِقَاتٌ .

Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Render the trust to the one who entrusted it to you, and do not betray the one who betrays you."
At-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir and al-Mu'jam al-Saghir, and the narrators of al-Mu'jam al-Kabir are thiqat (trustworthy).
