Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 6701

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) reports this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "When a man becomes bankrupt, and then someone finds his own property exactly as it was (the narrator says: that is, finds it with that bankrupt person), he has more right to that property."
Al-Bazzar recorded it, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
