Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 6651

Sayyidah Khawlah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah Almighty does not sanctify a community in which the weak cannot take their right from the strong without hesitation (or difficulty)." Then he said: "Whoever's creditor departs from him pleased with him regarding his right, the creatures of the earth and the fish of the water pray for mercy for him (the debtor); and whoever's creditor departs from him displeased, injustice is recorded against him (the debtor) every day and night, every Friday (that is, week) and every month."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator, Abu Sa'd al-Baqqal, who is da'if (weak).
