Delay in payment by one who is well off

وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعَتَيْنِ فِي بَيْعَةٍ وَقَالَ : " مَطْلُ الْغَنِيِّ ظُلْمٌ ، وَإِذَا أُحِيلَ أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى مَلِيءٍ فَلْيَحْتَلْ " .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ خَلَا الْحَسَنَ بْنَ عَرَفَةَ ، وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade making two transactions in one transaction, and said: "Delay (in payment) by a well-off person is injustice, and when one of you is referred to a well-off person, he should follow up with him."
Imam al-Bazzar recorded it, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih except for a narrator named al-Hasan bin Arafah, and he is thiqah (trustworthy).
