Majma al-Zawaid 6648 — Delay in payment by one who is well off

Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Delay (in payment) by a well-off person is injustice, and when one of you is referred (for collection) to a well-off person, he should go after him."
Imam al-Bazzar recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Isma'il bin Muslim al-Makki, who is da'if (weak).
