Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 6537

Sayyidah Aishah Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is to be neither harming nor reciprocating harm."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat. His teacher (in it) is Ahmad bin Rishdin; this is Ahmad bin Rishdin bin Muhammad bin al-Hajjaj bin Rishdin. Ibn Adi said: People declared him a liar.
