بَابُ كَرَاهِيَةِ شِرَاءِ الصَّدَقَةِ لِمَنْ تَصَدَّقَ بِهَا .

وَعَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ حَارِثَةَ قَالَ : تَصَدَّقْتُ بِفَرَسٍ [ لِي ] ، فَرَأَيْتُ ابْنَتَهَا تُقَامُ فِي السُّوقِ فَأَرَدْتُ أَنْ أَشْتَرِيَهَا ، فَأَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فَسَأَلْتُهُ عَنْهَا .
قُلْتُ : هَكَذَا هُوَ فِي الْأَصْلِ مِنْ غَيْرِ زِيَادَةٍ .
قُلْتُ : هَكَذَا هُوَ فِي الْأَصْلِ مِنْ غَيْرِ زِيَادَةٍ .
Sayyiduna Zayd bin Harithah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I gave my horse in charity. Then I saw its filly standing in the market, and I intended to buy it. I came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and asked him about it. (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say:
