عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ الزُّبَيْرَ حَمَلَ عَلَى فَرَسٍ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَوَجَدَ فَرَسًا مِنْ ضِئْضِئِهَا تُبَاعُ فَنُهِيَ أَنْ يَشْتَرِيَهَا .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ . وَرَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ أَيْضًا .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: Sayyiduna al-Zubayr (may Allah be pleased with him) gave a horse in the path of Allah. Then he found a horse from that horse's offspring being sold, and he was forbidden from buying it.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
Al-Bazzar also recorded it.
