Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 6479

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) reports this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Hoarding food in Makkah is ilhad (deviation)."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains a narrator Abdullah bin al-Mu'ammal, whom Ibn Hibban and others declared trustworthy, while a group declared him da'if (weak).
