بَابُ نُصْحِ الْأَجِيرِ وَإِتْقَانِ الْعَمَلِ .

وَعَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ كُلَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ خَرَجَ مَعَ أَبِيهِ إِلَى جِنَازَةٍ شَهِدَهَا النَّبِيُّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - وَأَنَا غُلَامٌ أَعْقِلُ ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " يُحِبُّ اللَّهُ الْعَامِلَ إِذَا عَمِلَ أَنْ يُتْقِنَ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ قُطْبَةُ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ ، وَقَالَ ابْنُ عَدِيٍّ : أَرْجُو أَنَّهُ لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ . وَجَمَاعَةٌ لَمْ أَعْرِفْهُمْ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ قُطْبَةُ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ ، وَقَالَ ابْنُ عَدِيٍّ : أَرْجُو أَنَّهُ لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ . وَجَمَاعَةٌ لَمْ أَعْرِفْهُمْ .
Asim bin Kulayb narrates from his father that he went out with his father to attend a funeral which the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) also attended. The narrator says: At that time I was a boy, but one who understood. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah loves the worker, when he works, to do his work well."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains Qutbah bin al-Ala', who is da'if (weak), while Ibn Adi said: I hope there is no harm in him; and its chain contains a group of narrators whom I do not know.
