بَابٌ فِيمَنْ كَذَبَ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - .
One who lies about the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)
Majma al-Zawaid 643 — One who lies about the Messenger of Allah ﷺ
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ كَذَبَ عَلَيَّ مُتَعَمِّدًا فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى بْنُ عَامِرٍ ، وَالْأَكْثَرُ عَلَى تَضْعِيفِهِ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever deliberately attributes a lie to me, let him prepare to take his particular seat in Hell."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded this narration in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator, Abd al-A'la bin Amir, whom most scholars declared da'if (weak).
