Majma al-Zawaid 6399 — What has been forbidden of stud fees

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The earnings of a prostitute, the earnings of a soothsayer, the earnings of a cupper and the price of a dog have been declared unlawful.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih. (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: Other hadiths on this subject, containing some of these matters, will come later in their relevant chapters, if Allah wills.
