بَابٌ فِي الْبَيْعِ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ وَبَيْعِ الْمُزَايَدَةِ .

وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " لَا يَبْتَاعَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ ، وَلَا يَخْطُبُ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ " .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى ، وَفِيهِ بِشْرُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ ، وَهُوَ كَذَّابٌ .

Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "None of you should ever make a sale over his brother's sale, nor send a marriage proposal over his proposal."
Abu Ya'la recorded it; its chain contains Bishr bin al-Husayn, and he is a kadhdhab (liar).
