وَعَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الْغَرَرِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ خَلَا إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنَ أَبِي الْحَكَمِ الثَّقَفِيَّ ؛ وَثَّقَهُ أَبُو حَاتِمٍ ، وَلَمْ يَتَكَلَّمْ فِيهِ أَحَدٌ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ خَلَا إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنَ أَبِي الْحَكَمِ الثَّقَفِيَّ ؛ وَثَّقَهُ أَبُو حَاتِمٍ ، وَلَمْ يَتَكَلَّمْ فِيهِ أَحَدٌ .
Sayyiduna Sahl bin Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the sale involving uncertainty (gharar).
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, except Isma'il bin Abi al-Hakam al-Thaqafi; Abu Hatim declared him thiqah (trustworthy), and no one has criticised him.
