Majma al-Zawaid 6349 — Cheating and adulteration

It is reported from one of the Companions of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) intended to forbid a (certain kind of) sale. The people said, "O Messenger of Allah! This is our means of livelihood." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Then there is to be no deception." After that, the narrator mentioned the hadith as before.
Ahmad recorded it, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
