Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 6302

Sayyiduna Abd al-Rahman bin Shibl al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Indeed, the merchants are the sinners! Indeed, the merchants are the sinners!" A man said: "O Messenger of Allah! Has Allah Almighty not made buying and selling lawful?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Yes, indeed!" He said: "These people speak and they lie, and they swear oaths and (by swearing false oaths) they fall into sin."
Ahmad recorded it in this way.
