وَعَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " لَوْ فَرَّ أَحَدُكُمْ مِنْ رِزْقِهِ أَدْرَكَهُ كَمَا يُدْرِكُهُ الْمَوْتُ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ وَالصَّغِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ عَطِيَّةُ الْعَوْفِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ ، وَقَدْ وُثِّقَ .

Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "If a person were to flee from his provision, it would reach him just as death reaches him."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat and al-Mu'jam al-Saghir; its chain contains Atiyyah al-Awfi, who is da'if (weak), though he has also been declared trustworthy.
