وَعَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " مَنْ بَنَى بُنْيَانًا فِي غَيْرِ ظُلْمٍ ، وَلَا اعْتِدَاءٍ ، أَوْ غَرَسَ غَرْسًا فِي غَيْرِ ظُلْمٍ ، وَلَا اعْتِدَاءٍ ، كَانَ لَهُ أَجْرٌ جَارٍ مَا انْتَفَعَ بِهِ مِنْ خَلْقِ الرَّحْمَنِ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ زَبَّانُ بْنُ فَائِدٍ ، ضَعَّفَهُ أَحْمَدُ وَغَيْرُهُ ، وَوَثَّقَهُ أَبُو حَاتِمٍ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ زَبَّانُ بْنُ فَائِدٍ ، ضَعَّفَهُ أَحْمَدُ وَغَيْرُهُ ، وَوَثَّقَهُ أَبُو حَاتِمٍ .
Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Whoever constructs a building without any wrongdoing or transgression, or plants a tree without any wrongdoing or transgression, will have a reward that continues for as long as the creation of the Most Merciful benefits from it."
Ahmad recorded it, and al-Tabarani in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains Zabban bin Fa'id, whom Ahmad and others declared da'if (weak), while Abu Hatim declared him thiqah (trustworthy).
