Sayyiduna Abu Dharr al-Ghifari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: We were coming with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and we saw Dhu al-Hulayfah (that is, when we reached Dhu al-Hulayfah). Some men hurried on to Madinah, while the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) spent the night there, and we spent the night with him. When morning came, he asked about those people, and it was said: "They have hurried on to Madinah and to the women." (the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:) "Soon these people will leave it, even though it will then be at its best." Then he said: "I wish I knew when a fire will come out of Yemen, from the mountain of al-Warraq, which will light up the necks of the camels in Busra; you will see it like the light of day."
Ahmad recorded it, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
